I have had the pleasure of doing business with Mr. Rick Meers for the past several years.
He has been in charge of handling our credit card processing and equipment agreements.
In years gone by we have had a number of companies that have done such. Each of those
companies' sales representatives promised the very best rates. Once the sale was made
we had no contact with that person again. Rick has maintained a constant relationship with
our practice. He checks in periodically and should we have a question or problem with our
credit card processing, we call him and he responds immediately. Credit card processing
fees are in a constant state of flux. If I see a significant jump in processing fees I call Rick
and he quickly investigates and negotiates the best rates.

I switched my credit card processing to Oak Mountain Card Service in May 2013. I had been
with my previous provider for over 5 years and hadn't seen a need to switch. I had reviewed
my processing with several other companies over the years but after hearing so much conflicting
information I chose to stay where I was. I had a low pressure meeting with Rick and he offered
to review my statements. If he saw an opportunity to save me money he would let me know, if
not he would recommend not changing companies. Rick did see areas where I could save money
so I decided to make the switch. After the first month Rick stopped in to review my statements with
me. He wanted to make sure everything went as planned. He did the same after month 2. Rick
has always been available if I had any questions.
